Kinesiology stress release
A typical session lasts about an hour. We start with a quick conversation about the issue you wish to address during the session and we set up an aim. The aim is a positive phrase or a sentence at the most. Then using muscle testing we establish the current emotional state attached to the issue, and then with further muscle testing we find the right energetic corrections that will bring you to the desired emotional and energetic state. During the session I touch your hands or arms for the muscle testing and I may touch meridian end points on your body. You will be sitting on a chair or standing up.
Kinesiology sessions are £50 and can take between 45-90 minutes.
Consultation / Facilitation
It is a conversation session, that can be done remotely, where we use Access Consciousness verbal tools together with guided visualisation exercises, question - answer techniques from coaching and Access to find the root of your situation and clear limiting beliefs and viewpoints. It can be used to gain clarity and then facilitate change in any area of your life.
1 hour of facilitation via voice or video chat is £40
Access Bars session
A typical session takes about an hour. You will be laying comfortably on your back on a massage bed. I will be lightly touching points on your head.
By touching the Bar points - running your Bars we clear the fixed points of views of all aspects of life and create the space for something better to show up. By opening up more space it contributes in overcoming mood swings, depression, and anxiety. The Bars is an amazing aid to people on the spectrum to overcome sensory overload and keep calm.

BODY PROCESS SESSIONS
There are about 100 different Access body processes available to honor your body and to create more ease at the moment. Some were designed to help the body heal or restore itself, some alter or clear fixed viewpoints to various aspects of living. Using body processes can help clear generational patterns, learned behavioral functions, trauma imprints from the body. Very relaxing sessions to create change in your health and life. In most cases before the session we have a little conversation and then we test which process would be the greatest contribution at the time, however, if you are familiar with them, you can ask for your preferred process.
